EARLY BIRDS: Deduct  $5 for individuals; $10 for groups or families from each category if postmarked by June 16th.

Large family or group (6+) rates:  12 & 20, $8/person; 35 & 60, $10/person.

All riders are required to wear helmets and to sign a waiver before starting.  If the weather is inclement or threatening the tour will go on—with perhaps a slight delay.  No refunds will be given

Waiver Form

    I hereby release and discharge the Jordan Area Chamber of Commerce, the Jordan Valley Bike Tour committee, the City of Jordan, volunteers, sponsors, organizers and any or all persons connected with the Jordan Valley Bike Tour from any and all liability for any injuries or damages I might sustain while participating in the tour.  I acknowledge that wearing a helmet and obeying all traffic rules and regulations are required.  I voluntarily execute this release with full knowledge that I will not be able to hold any of the foregoing entities liable for such injuries or death.  I also understand the entry fees I pay are non-refundable and that the ride will be held rain or shine.

    I know that bicycling is a sport carrying risk of personal injury.  I know there are natural and man-made hazards, surface and environmental conditions and risks which in combination with my actions could cause severe or fatal injury.  I agree that I must take an active role in understanding and accepting these risks, conditions and hazards and in preventing accidents from happening.

Ride Rules

1. I agree to wear a bicycle helmet at all times while riding in the tour.

2. I agree to abide by all applicable traffic rules and signs e.g. stop at stop signs, signal my intentions to turn, stay as far to the right as possible to let cars pass.

3. I agree not to litter but to pack all of my own refuse and dispose of it properly. I agree to keep rest areas neat, clean and orderly. 

4. I agree to treat my fellow riders and volunteers with courtesy and respect.
