Questions & Answers:

What is the tour’s purpose? In the near term, to promote tourism in Jordan, our long range goal is to raise money (and awareness) to develop trails in & around Jordan.  Our first step is to mark and designate bike lanes on existing roads.  Later on, we’d like to actually put down some asphalt trails, perhaps starting with a spur to the DNR’s MN River Valley Trail.

How much does it cost to sponsor? It varies depending upon the level you choose.  The starting point is $50 for members. Several businesses are also contributing "in kind" (food, printing, etc.)

What do we get? Your company’s name will be on our shirts, listed on our web site and printed on various advertisements. Also, the good feeling of helping a worthy cause. You will also get a shirt.

Where will our money go? To pay for tour expenses including shirts, signs, insurance, advertising, rental of tables and porta potties, refreshments, etc.  Eventually, into trail development.

Is there anything else I can do if I choose not to give money? Yes, we need volunteers for all phases of the ride. Many of these jobs need to be done before the ride day. You can also ride. The shortest ride is only 12 miles to the Hot Spot Truck Stop and back.

Please contact Dick Thom, Roger or Tim to find out how to become a sponsor.
